Straight-Line Track Cutting System

The Glider from C&G Systems is a durable, compact, and economical straight-line track cutting system available in Plasma or Oxy-Fuel configurations. Adjustable oxy-fuel torch holders allow for bevel cutting of materials. A radius attachment can be added to cut rounds.

Glider is simple, portable, and easy to set-up. Just set the track on the plate, connect and adjust the torch(es), set the speed, and start cutting. These units are ideal for use in shipyards, construction and bridge building, mining, heavy equipment, tank manufacturing, and any other industry with a need to efficiently cut steel plate.

The Glider Oxy-Fuel track cutting system can cut plate from 1/4” - 4 1/2” (6mm - 120mm) thick, at speeds from 2-30 ipm (50 - 750mm/min.). Rounds from 6”-78” in diameter can be cut with the available radius attachment.

The Glider Plasma track cutting system can be equipped with a variety of plasma power sources from Hypertherm, Thermadyne, or Kaliburn, to cut plate from .030” - 1” (.8mm - 28mm) thick, at speeds from 2-250 ipm (50-6,500 mm/min.). Rounds from 6” - 78” in diameter can also be cut with the available radius attachment.
