The Complete Solution
The all new Aviator DSD from C&G Systems is the perfect entry-level profile cutting solution for any job shop or manufacturer. Aviator DSD includes a choice of Hypertherm EDGE-Ti or EDGE-Pro CNC Controls, industrial-duty drive and rail systems, conventional or precision plasma cutting systems from 40-200 amps, integrated or free-standing cutting tables, torch height control, collision sensor, and high-speed drives.

Multi-Process
Base machine systems have been pre-configured with conventional and precision plasma cutting systems from 40 amps to 200 amps. Thin gage sheet metal to 1” plate (25mm), Aviator DSD can handle your most demanding plasma cutting challenges. For heavier-duty cutting, you may add an oxy-fuel cutting station. A pneumatic air scribe may also be added for engraving bend lines or part numbers on parts/plate.

Plasma Productivity
Aviator DSD delivers productivity. The Hypertherm EDGE-Ti or EDGE-Pro CNC controls provides precision motion control for both high-speed plasma and oxy-fuel cutting. Arc-off time between parts is extremely short with a rapid traverse speed of 1,400 IPM (35.5m/min.). The integrated Hypertherm plasma torch height control system rapidly sets pierce height and maintains precise torch to plate distance while cutting - no matter what the travel speed.

Unitized or Free-Standing Designs
The Aviator DSD is available with a unitized zone down-draft cutting table (4’x4’, 4’x8’, or 6’x13’), or available in 4’, 6’, 8’, and 10’ widths for use with free-standing cutting tables.

Rapid Set-Up
Aviator DSD’s rail system is rugged, yet easy to assemble. The 45# T-Rail integrated cutting table or free-standing frame is leveled, the gantry set, the tool carriage mounted, cutting table positioned, and cables and hoses routed. You will be cutting parts in no time.

CAD/CAM Software
C&G Systems can provide you with a variety of professional CAD/CAM, and nesting software packages from MTC Software.
