A-Series

The A-Series includes the SL100^® SV 1Torch® with standard ATC Quick Disconnect in lengths of 25 ft. (7.6 m), 35 ft. (10.7 m) and 50 ft. (15.2 m) (Longer torch leads up to 100 ft. (30.5 m) available). The 1Torch start technology eliminates the electronic interference that can occur with other designs. 1Torch provides quick, reliable starts and a strong pilot arc to pierce heavy plate. With auto-pilot restart, it can also cut expanded metal quickly and easily. With all the advantages of 1Torch and proven reliability, the automated A-Series delivers the best in productivity, precision and performance.

Burny 10LCD Plus

The Burny 10LCD Plus shape cutting controller brings to you the performance of a cutting edge CNC that is built on more than 40 years of experience in the motion control and cutting industries. The Burny 10LCD Plus is an industrial grade shape cutting controller designed to operate in factory environments where temperature and humidity extremes, metal dust, RF radiation, vibration and constant machine movement are commonplace. It is easy to learn, easy to use, and allows multiple control and programming tasks to be completed simultaneously.

With a Windows® 8 Embedded operating system, the Burny 10LCD Plus produces extremely precise and repeatable motion control. The results are clear – achieve the highest accuracy and the tightest tolerances – even on the most complicated parts.

Inova Torch Height Control

With the INOVA plasma cutting torch height control system, you can program more functions, set tighter parameters and get better resolution. INOVA reduces cycle time and gives you a more accurate cut. It is the most versatile torch height control yet. And you can use it on any plasma cutting system – even one you already own.

INOVA is precisely what you need. The INOVA includes a fully-programmable microcontroller, complete with interfacing for 8 torch stations. Program as few as 3 functions and you’re up and running. You get precision and stability for all plasma cutting, including high current density applications. It has an optional state-of-the-art anti-collision system to protect the torch, and an optional remote control with touchscreen to give you greater flexibility.

Exhaust & Ventilation

Beveling

C&G Systems has formed a partnership with Saar-Hartmetall to bring its customers some of the finest German-engineered beveling tools in the world. C&G can now offer its customers complete beveling solutions, from hand-held edge-milling machines all the way up to units capable of beveling plate up to 4″ thick and 10′ long. Bevels are produced using either a milling or abrasive belt grinding process on various configurations of machines. Gerima Beveling Tools are more than just hand-held bevelers, they are true portable edge-milling machines. These units are equipped with pneumatic or industrial-duty variable speed 1.5-2.5 horsepower motors. Carbide inserted cutting heads allow you to quickly, consistently, and repeatedly cut bevels up to 40mm and radius edges up to 15mm. The standard cutting head cuts 45 degree bevels and radii, and additional cutting heads are available to bevel angles from 10 degrees to 80 degrees. These hand-held units are extremely flexible and can quickly and accurately bevel difficult contours and holes as small as 2″ diameter.

The PAM, KFM, and FASRAPID lines provide straight-segment beveling solutions for medium to high production environments. All three models feature automatic feeding systems to control quality of bevel and provide maximum operator safety.

The PAM series of machines can produce up to 20mm bevels and the KFM series of machines can produce up to 30mm bevels. Both machines have bevel adjustment from 10-60 degrees and are ideal for beveling coupon size parts. The KFM series also has the ability to produce radius edges from 2mm-6mm.

The FASRAPID line provides ultimate beveling capability. This unit can put a 60mm (2.35″) bevel from 0-80 degrees on material as thick as 100mm (4″) and 3M long (10′). Bevels are produced using a unique oscillating abrasive belt technology.
