  Gerima Beveling Tools are more than just hand-held bevelers, they are true portable edge-milling machines. These units are equipped with pneumatic or industrial-duty variable speed 1.5-2.5 horsepower motors. Carbide inserted cutting heads allow you to quickly, consistently, and repeatedly cut bevels up to 40mm and radius edges up to 15mm. The standard cutting head cuts 45 degree bevels and radiuses, and additional cutting heads are available to bevel angles from 10 degrees to 80 degrees. These hand-held units are extremely flexible and can quickly and accurately bevel difficult contours and holes as small as 2" diameter.

The PAM, KFM, and FASRAPID lines provide straight-segment beveling solutions for medium to high production environments. All three models feature automatic feeding systems to control quality of bevel and provide maximum operator safety.
The PAM series of machines can produce up to 20mm bevels and the KFM series of machines can produce up to 30mm bevels. Both machines have bevel adjustment from 10-60 degrees and are ideal for beveling coupon size parts. The KFM series also has the ability to produce radius edges from 2mm-6mm.

The FASRAPID line provides ultimate beveling capability. This unit can put a 60mm (2.35") bevel from 0-80 degrees on material as thick as 100mm (4") and 3M long (10'). Bevels are produced using a unique oscillating abrasive belt technology.
