04/04/2008: Burny Training a
Big Hit With Customers
C&G
Systems, in conjunction with its OEM partner Burny, conducted a 3-day in-house training session on
Burny CNC Controls. There were 15 attendees including customers,
installers, and
C&G
employees. The course covered basic operation all the way through
advanced set-up and troubleshooting techniques. One customer who has
been working with his new system for 6-months commented, "This course was
great. Now that I have been working with the system for a while, I know
what questions to ask and learned a lot about the advanced capabilities of the
system." Advanced users had the opportunity to learn more about the
inner-workings of the system, troubleshooting techniques, and interface with
Burny technical representatives about issues they have
encountered in the field.
Because of the extremely positive
response and the request from customers to have additional operators attend,
C&G and Burny will be offering this as a regular
event and producing a DVD version of this training as a refresher for
attendees and for those customers unable to attend in person. Please contact
C&G's
service department (service@cgsystems.com)
for more information or to register for future courses.
